  • Can I try before I buy? – Yes! Book a free half-hour consultation to discuss your needs. We also offer a trial version of our HR software.

  • How do I sign up? – Contact us via phone or our website. We’ll collect some basic details and send you a simple agreement to sign.

  • Will I be dealing with a call center? – No. You’ll have a dedicated HR consultant as your main point of contact.

  • Is there a contract or minimum commitment? – Yes, this is a fixed-fee, 12-month service. If paying in installments, the agreement remains in place for the full year.

  • How do I cancel? – We’ll reach out before the end of your 12-month period to discuss renewal. If you choose not to continue, your service will end automatically.

  •  Do you provide HR advice directly to employees? – No. We advise business owners and managers to help you make informed HR decisions.
